Terms of Service & Privacy Policy
We've worked with businesses across Thailand since 2019. Over those years, we've learned that clear expectations make better partnerships. This document explains how we handle your data, what we expect from each other, and how we approach client relationships.
Our Service Agreement
When you hire us to create client reports or presentations, we're entering a professional relationship built on trust. You own your business data—always have, always will. We're just helping you present it better.
Here's what that means in practice. You provide us with the information, metrics, or insights you want to communicate. We turn those into polished reports or presentation materials. The final deliverables belong to you completely. We don't retain rights to use your materials in our portfolio without explicit permission.
Important: We ask for reasonable project timelines. Rush jobs can happen, but they need advance coordination. We've found that realistic schedules lead to better results for everyone.
How We Handle Your Information
Your business data stays confidential. We don't share it with third parties, use it for other projects, or keep it longer than necessary. Once a project wraps up, we archive materials securely and delete working files within 90 days unless you ask us to keep them longer.
We store active project files on secure cloud servers with encryption. Only team members directly involved in your project have access. If you send us sensitive financial information or proprietary data, we handle it with the same care we'd want for our own business records.
- Client data is encrypted both in transit and at rest
- Access is limited to assigned project team members only
- We don't use your information for marketing or case studies without permission
- Regular security audits happen quarterly
- Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days
Website Use & Cookies
Our website uses basic cookies to remember your preferences and keep track of contact form submissions. We're not collecting behavioral data to sell to advertisers. Mostly we just want to know if our contact form is working properly and which service pages get the most interest.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. It won't break the site, though you might need to re-enter information if you submit a contact form. We use Google Analytics with IP anonymization turned on—it tells us general traffic patterns without tracking individual users across the web.
Payment Terms & Revisions
We typically split projects into milestones with payment at key stages. For most client report work, that's 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Larger presentation projects might have three or four payment points depending on scope.
Each project includes two rounds of revisions. That covers adjustments to content, layout changes, or visual refinements based on your feedback. Additional revision rounds are billed at our standard hourly rate. We've found this structure gives you flexibility while keeping projects on schedule.
Payments are due within 15 days of invoice date. We accept bank transfers to our Thai business account or international wire transfers. Late payments may pause active work until accounts are current.
Liability & Warranties
We guarantee our work is original and doesn't infringe on anyone else's intellectual property. If you provide us with content, images, or data, you're confirming you have the right to use those materials and share them with us for the project.
We're not liable for how you use the final deliverables. If you present our reports to your clients and they make business decisions based on that information, that's between you and them. We're creating the presentation format, not providing business advice or guarantees about outcomes.
Our maximum liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that specific work. If something goes wrong, we'll refund your money or redo the work—but we can't be responsible for indirect business losses or missed opportunities.
Changes to These Terms
We update this document occasionally as our business practices shift or regulations change. When we make significant changes, we'll send an email to active clients and post a notice on our website for 30 days.
Continuing to work with us after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. If you don't agree with modifications, we can discuss concerns before starting new projects.
